The Integrated Biochemical Laboratory (IBCL) of ABTEC is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Female Research Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in ongoing research projects, laboratory experiments, and data analysis within the field of biochemistry, green chemistry, analytical chemistry, and phytochemistry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge biochemical research and contribute to sustainable innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples for testing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the laboratory adheres to safety standards.
• Document experimental results and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with senior researchers and contribute to the development of research protocols.
• Stay updated on current scientific literature and advancements in relevant research areas.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, or molecular biology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of green chemistry principles and sustainability practices is advantageous.
• Experience in soil and water analysis is an additional qualification.
