ABTEC Chairman Marks 75th Birthday & 50 Years in Business with a Landmark Philanthropic Initiative.

As part of the celebrations marking his 75th birthday and 50 years of entrepreneurial journey, ABTEC Chairman Shri K. J. Jacob has undertaken a remarkable humanitarian initiative by donating 75 cents of land to deserving families who do not own a house or property. Following a detailed identification process, 14 financially underprivileged families from Kottayam who had neither land nor a house in their name were selected as beneficiaries. The land has been registered in the name of each beneficiary and is being handed over completely free of cost, enabling them to build a home and secure a better future for their families. The first phase of the initiative was held on 2 August 2026 at the ABTEC Seminar Hall, where Shri. Nattakom Suresh, Hon’ble MLA of Ettumanoor, officially handed over the registered land documents to the first seven beneficiary families during a public function. The event witnessed the presence of several distinguished guests, close friends family members and abtec team, who all came together to celebrate this meaningful milestone. More than a celebration of personal achievements, this initiative reflects Shri K. J. Jacob’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and his belief that true success lies in creating lasting opportunities for those in need. Through this noble gesture, fourteen families are taking their first step towards owning a home and building a life with dignity and hope.
