ABTEC.IN provides priced or/and complimentary agricultural information, agricultural inputs, agricultural assistance, farm data, farm reports, agricultural study aids, farm related student services, telephone and email consultations (“Content”) via the World Wide Web and electronic mail. Although contents may be viewed and a portion of the benefits may be enjoyed by simply visiting the Abtec.in site (the “Free Services”), in order to access the personalized services and commercial transactions and/or receive additional Content and services (the “Paid Services”), You may need to abide by the instructions and guidelines set forth in Abtec.in. The Free Services and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms and conditions as the “Services.” In consideration for the Paid Services, visitor agrees to:
- Sign up as a registered member of ABTEC beneficiary community
- Provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about himself as prompted to do so by Abtec.in and
- Maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information that ABTEC request and You provide on original sign-up, and all updates thereto, are referred to in these Terms of Service as “Registration Data.” A part of the Services and Content may be provided by third party suppliers and not by Abtec.in.
MEMBER BENEFITS and FEATURES
The registered members are allowed to enjoy SPECIAL ONLINE CUSTOMER STATUS of the Site. This special status will reflect in the freedom to (1) transact products and services which are put up in the site, and/or (2) avail of the special offers announced from time to time and/or (3) special packages offered during special occasions and periods.
The Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not permitted to be used by minors (which means, in most jurisdictions, those under the age of 18) or temporarily or indefinitely suspended Abtec.in members. MEMBER REGISTRATION DATA

Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent and in agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Abtec.in has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Abtec.in hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of personal needs or personal commercial transactions as displayed on the Site and not for any secondary commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Abtec.in in advance. Abtec.in accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or servicing parties. Abtec.in is not responsible and shall not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Users.
ABTEC’s ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
In order to ensure that Abtec.in is able to provide high quality services, respond to customer needs, and comply with laws, You hereby consent to Abtec.in employees and agents being able to access Your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or suspected abuse.
MODIFICATION TO SERVICES; BREACH; TERMINATION
Abtec.in may modify or discontinue (in whole or in part) the Services or Your account with us, with or without notice, for any reason without liability to You, any other user, or any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, Abtec.in reserve the right to terminate Your account immediately (a) if it is unable to verify or authenticate Your Registration Data or other information provided by You, (b) if it believes that Your actions may cause legal liability, or all or some of Our other users, or (c) if We believe You have (d) provided us with false or misleading Registration Data or other information, (e) interfered with other users or the administration of the Services, or (f) violated these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide Abtec.in, including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Abtec.in shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Abtec.in and shall not be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant Abtec.in the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by Abtec.in will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you for availing of services on Abtec.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you. Further the said information will be not be utilized and shared by Abtec.in with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.
CONFIRMATION
Abtec.in shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and any of third party financial associates. You release and indemnify Abtec.in and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users of the Site and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law.
TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Abtec.in may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and Abtec.in shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
USER OBLIGATION
The User is under an obligation not to violate the privacy policy, terms and conditions and any other terms as defined on the Site. The User represents that he is an individual and not a corporation or other legal business entity. The rights to use the Site’s services are personal to the User. The User shall while using the Website and engaged in any form of communication on any of the forums inclusive of the products listed on the Website shall not violate the terms and conditions which are inclusive of:-

The User shall not resell or make any commercial use of the Products/Services without the express written consent from the Abtec.in.
The User shall not violate these Terms of Usage including but not limited to any applicable Additional terms of the Website contained herein or elsewhere.
The User by becoming a Registered member of the Website agrees to receive communication through the app/website through email/SMS or any other communication medium including through Whatsapp Business Messages in regards to the usage of the app/website.
Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership.
BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The User is under an obligation to provide his banking information as and when required. While providing such information:-
The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the products/services must be correct and accurate and that the User shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof.
The User further agrees that if any part of these Terms of Usage are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms of Usage shall continue in effect.
