SHIPPING POLICY

Abtec.in (“ABTEC”) delivers its products to ANY destination in the world. And it does its best to ensure that the ordered products are delivered in time. ABTEC offer two types of shipping services: Standard Shipping and Speed Shipping.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is available only in India and is absolutely FREE for all orders above Rs 500 per consignment. Abtec levies a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50/Kilogram for the orders upto Rs 499.

Consignments will be dispatched to you within 2 working days of the realization of payment. Mode of dispatch will be cost-effective shipping options like Partner courier service, Standard Courier Service, Registered Post or Business Parcel Post.

Delivery time will be 6-10 days depending on the courier facility and distance to the consignee.

SPEED SHIPPING

Same day/Two days delivery will be provided if the consignee opts for Speed Shipping in which premium shipping firms such as speed post, Skypack and Blue Dart will be employed for delivery. Consignees will have to pay special charges for this service.  Speed shipping is expected to deliver within 2-5 days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA

ABTEC delivers its products/services to chosen international locations. For more details you are requested to contact the Site through the contact form

CANCELLATION & RETURN

If a customer wishes to cancel or return an order he/she is expected to inform abtec.in at the earliest using contact form in the Site. While using these service users are expected to quote the order number along with it. Quoting order number is not necessary if the customer logs into the site to cancel an order of return a consignment. 

For all cancellations before the shipping of the product the entire amount will be refunded within two days. Once the shipping process is initiated before the cancellation from the customer’s side, the buyer will have to wait till the arrival of the consignment. Once the order is delivered, he/she may return it unopened within 7 days, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs.

In case a customer receives a product in a damaged/ defective form he/she is requested to contact the Customer Care of the Site. The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same product with ABTEC. In case a replacement seems impossible refund will be allowed within two days.

REFUND

Refund can be made in two modes.

1. As store credit in your account with Abtec.in. This can be used to make payment on your next purchase. All customers are requested to accept it as the default refund mode.

2. Back to Source. Money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Back to source will be normally allowed for cancellation requests received before the initiation of the shipping process or for those orders whose replacement is not available with ABTEC.

In both cases refund will be initiated within two days of the cancellation of order.
