Coriander, also known as cilantro, is a versatile herb grown for its leaves and seeds. It thrives in cool climates with temperatures between 10–25°C and requires well-drained, loamy soil rich in organic matter. Coriander is sown directly in the field and matures within 30–45 days for leaves and 90–120 days for seeds. The fresh leaves are used as garnishes, while the seeds are ground into a spice or used whole in cooking. Coriander is rich in vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and essential oils, offering numerous health benefits such as improved digestion and reduced inflammation. It is an essential crop in home gardens and commercial farms due to its high culinary and medicinal value.
Method of Application
ABTEC Bio – Organics for All crops is only for basal application. Mix organic manure well with all the microbes given in smaller packets and use the mixture within 24 hours of mixing. Apply the manure when the soil is wet. Never mix with any chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Dosage
For vegetables it is 200 – 500g /plant. For ornamental plants it is 50 – 200g / plant.
